Shipping & returns

Founders Edition delivery is estimated within two months of purchase. Final return-window and return-shipping terms require merchant review before live Checkout is enabled.

Shipping

Bicino offers global shipping to the destinations displayed in Stripe Checkout. Shipping charges and collected taxes are shown before payment. Tracking details will be sent to the delivery email when available. Import duties or local charges not collected at Checkout may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Returns and faults

Customers should contact cpr7a8yp@anonaddy.me before returning hardware. The final return window and condition requirements will be published before live Checkout opens. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and payment methods can take additional time to make the funds available after Stripe processes the refund.
