Shipping & returns

Orders are not open yet. Country coverage, delivery estimates, return windows, and return-shipping responsibility will be confirmed before sales begin.

Shipping

Available destinations and shipping charges are displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment. Tracking details will be sent to the checkout email address when available. Import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Returns and faults

Customers should contact cpr7a8yp@anonaddy.me before returning hardware. The final return window and condition requirements will be published before orders open. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and payment methods can take additional time to make the funds available after Stripe processes the refund.
